1. Contractual Framework & Ownership

This website and the “Alma Dama” brand are owned and operated (data controller) by Dicken Samuel Christian, with NIE Y5847562X. All commercial transactions, invoicing, and product fulfilment are executed by our manufacturing partner, Marben Mobilario S.L., with NIF B-22896195, located at Pol. Ind. el Cabezo, C. Uno, 3, 03650 Pinoso, Alicante, Spain. By placing an order, you enter into a sales contract directly with Marben Mobilario S.L.

2. Shipping & Logistics

At Alma Dama, every piece is handcrafted with precision and bespoke embroidery in our atelier in Pinoso, Spain.

Complimentary Delivery

Complimentary Atelier Delivery is provided for all commissions exceeding 150€. For smaller orders, a standard delivery contribution of 10€ applies. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted in our Spanish atelier and arrives fully assembled and ready for use.

We currently ship to Spain and neighbouring European countries including France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. 

International Orders: For shipments to other European countries or overseas, please contact our concierge at hello[at]almadama.com for a bespoke shipping quote.

Production & Fulfilment Timelines

Because all products are made-to-order, fulfilment includes both production and delivery time:

Bespoke Signature Collection (Noa Nest & Dama Manor):

  • Order processing: 8–10 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days from dispatch

Bespoke Flagship Collection (Dama Estate):

  • Order processing: 10–15 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days from dispatch
Delivery Scope
  • Products are delivered fully assembled and ready for use
  • Packaging is designed to protect the craftsmanship and quality during transit
Failed or Refused Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Absence of the recipient
  • Refusal of delivery

…any additional shipping, storage, or re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer, and Alma Dama cannot be held liable for lost or returned items.

Delivery Inspection

We kindly ask you to inspect your delivery upon arrival.

“All exceptions for returns or replacements must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and order details.”

Notifications should be sent to hello [at] almadama.com and must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and/or damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report damage within these timeframes may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for the goods remains with Alma Dama until successful delivery. After delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer, except in cases of fault, damage, or order discrepancy reported within 48 hours.

Force Majeure

Alma Dama cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or other logistical constraints.


3. Returns & Refunds

All Alma Dama pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, potentially including personalised details such as engraving, names, or bespoke finishes.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and items cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind.
  • Returns Exceptions: Only accepted if:
    1. Damage occurs during transport
    2. Product does not match confirmed order specifications

To initiate a claim, contact hello [at] almadama.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

  • Return Logistics: Customers are responsible for return shipping. If Alma Dama arranges collection, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds: Processed by Marben Mobilario S.L. within 14 days of receipt and inspection via the original payment method.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Variance in Goods

  • Visible damage: Notify within 24 hours
  • Hidden damage: Notify within 48 hours
  • Artisanal Variance: Minor variations in texture, finish, or natural materials are inherent to handcrafted production and are not considered defects

Alma Dama is committed to ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.


5. Product Variation & Customisation

Due to the handmade nature of our production:

  • Minor variations in texture, color, finish, or natural materials may occur
  • These variations are part of the artisanal character of each piece and do not constitute defects

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is controlled by Dicken Samuel Christian for marketing and platform management. To fulfill your order, data is shared with Marben Mobilario S.L. for invoicing and shipping.

7. Trade Program

8. Force Majeure & Responsibility

Responsibility for goods transfers to the customer upon delivery, except in cases of reported faults or damage.

Neither the Consultant nor the Seller shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including strikes, extreme weather, or logistical disruptions.
