Trade Program Terms
The Alma Dama Trade Program is exclusively available to interior designers, architects, boutique hospitality professionals, and other design specialists. By joining the program, you agree to the following terms:
- Eligibility
Membership is granted only to verified design professionals. Alma Dama reserves the right to approve or decline any application. - Trade Pricing & Benefits
Approved members receive preferential trade pricing, fabric swatches of our four signature colours, dedicated project support, and priority availability for bespoke or custom orders. These benefits are non-transferable and intended solely for professional use. - Geographic Availability & Shipping
The program is available only in the eight EU countries where Alma Dama currently sells: Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. All trade orders include shipping from our Pinoso atelier. Requests from outside these countries cannot be accommodated at this time. - Use of Materials
Fabric swatches, product images, and other trade materials provided by Alma Dama are for professional project planning purposes only and may not be resold or distributed without prior written consent. - Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All designs, collections, and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Alma Dama. Members agree to respect the confidentiality of all trade-exclusive content. - Order Placement & Payment
Trade orders are subject to confirmation by Alma Dama. Payment terms and delivery schedules will be provided upon approval and may differ from standard retail conditions. - Program Modifications & Termination
Alma Dama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Trade Program at any time. Membership may be revoked at Alma Dama’s discretion, including in cases of misuse of program benefits. - Privacy & Data Protection
By joining the program, members consent to Alma Dama processing personal and professional data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
