I. PHILOSOPHY & CRAFTSMANSHIP

Where are Alma Dama products made? Every Alma Dama piece is hand-crafted in our dedicated atelier in Pinoso, Alicante (Spain). We collaborate with master artisans who apply traditional furniture-making techniques to create modern sanctuaries for your companion.

What makes your beds “Atelier-Assembled”? Unlike mass-produced furniture that arrives in flat-pack boxes, an Alma Dama bed is a solid architectural structure. Our artisans hand-fit every leg and reinforce every joint in our workshop. This ensures permanent stability and means you have zero assembly to perform upon delivery.


II. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

Which countries do you deliver to? 

We currently ship to Spain and neighbouring European countries including France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. 

Complimentary Atelier Delivery is provided for all commissions exceeding 150€. For smaller orders, a standard delivery contribution of 10€ applies. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted in our Spanish atelier and arrives fully assembled and ready for use.

How is the bed protected during transit? 

We utilise “Architectural Packaging.” Each leg is individually sleeved in protective casing, and the entire unit is suspended in a cardboard box to ensure it arrives in the same perfect condition it left our hands.

III. BESPOKE & PERSONALISATION

At Alma Dama, every made-to-measure piece is crafted with the same precision and care that defines our atelier. From the initial order to the final delivery, each bed is produced specifically for your dog’s comfort and proportions, ensuring a considered balance of structure, ergonomics, and refined design.

Handcrafted in our atelier in Pinoso, Spain, each piece is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before beginning its journey to your home..

Bespoke Embroidery: Your companion’s name, seamlessly integrated through precision craftsmanship. A refined, individual specification offered as a standard of our atelier, never an afterthought.


IV. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy?

All Alma Dama pieces are Bespoke Creations, handcrafted individually in our atelier and produced exclusively upon your specific selection of model, finish, and personalisation bespoke embroidery (As these items are crafted to your unique specifications and personal requirements, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) does not apply.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase; after this period, the artisanal production process begins.

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  1. Damage during transport – the product arrives with visible damage.
  2. Order discrepancy – the product does not match the confirmed specifications of the order.

In these cases, Alma Dama will take full responsibility and manage the return or replacement. To initiate the process, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs and order details. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and determine the appropriate resolution.


V. PAYMENTS & LEGAL

Why does my invoice say “Marben Mobilario S.L.”? Alma Dama is a design-focused brand. To ensure the highest level of manufacturing and fiscal compliance, we have partnered with Marben Mobilario S.L., who acts as our official seller and fulfillment partner. They handle all invoicing and logistics, allowing us to focus on design and quality.

Are there any hidden customs fees? For all orders within the European Union (Spain, France, Germany, Italy), there are no customs duties or hidden taxes.
