At Alma Dama, every made-to-measure piece is crafted with the same precision and care that defines our atelier. From the initial order to the final delivery, each bed is produced specifically for your dog’s comfort and proportions, ensuring a considered balance of structure, ergonomics, and refined design.
Handcrafted in our atelier in Pinoso, Spain, each piece is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before beginning its journey to your home.
Complimentary Delivery
Complimentary Atelier Delivery is provided for all commissions exceeding 150€. For smaller orders, a standard delivery contribution of 10€ applies. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted in our Spanish atelier and arrives fully assembled and ready for use.
We currently ship to Spain and neighbouring European countries including France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Fulfilment Timelines
Because each Alma Dama piece is crafted after an order is placed, fulfilment includes both production time and delivery time. We utilise “Architectural Packaging.” Each leg is individually sleeved in protective casing, and the entire unit is suspended in a cardboard box to ensure it arrives in the same perfect condition it left our hands.

Bespoke Flagship Collection
The Dama Estate
Each piece is produced to order with a selected customised height – Signature & Grand, ensuring optimal comfort for dogs of different statures. This bespoke service applies exclusively to height adjustment; the base design, materials, personalisation and footprint remain unchanged.
Order Processing: Prepared for dispatch within 10 – 15 business days.
Estimated Delivery: 4–5 business days from dispatch.
Customs & Duties
Because our beds are Designed & Handcrafted in Spain, all shipments within the European Union are exempt from customs duties.
- EU Orders: No additional taxes or hidden fees upon arrival.
- Non-EU Orders: Any local import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Inspection
We kindly ask you to inspect your delivery upon arrival.
“All exceptions for returns or replacements must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and order details.”
Notifications should be sent to hello [at] almadama.com and must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the packaging and/or damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to report damage within these timeframes may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
Risk & Transfer of Responsibility
In accordance with EU Consumer Law, responsibility for the goods remains with Alma Dama until the order is successfully delivered to you or a designated recipient.
Once delivery has been completed and accepted, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.

Delivery Scope
Standard delivery is made to the building entrance or ground-floor access point. Placement inside the property, assembly, or removal of packaging is not included unless expressly agreed in advance.
